A shaman is trying to use his mystical powers of fire to rescue a maiden, and prove his love for her at the same time, from imprisonment by an ice demon. The demon's powers of cold prove to strong, and the shaman is encased in ice. The ending is ambiguous since a fire still smolders in his eyes, suggesting he may over time gather enough strength to break free, and perhaps try again.

I disagree. Enigma is a great musical project. They are similar to Delerium, but not the same. I think you have to appreciate the differences between the two to get the most out of this music.

@drygnfyre Well Said! Enigma was more trance, as they were pioneers of putting Gregorian Chant to music. A much different style than this. In either event, BOTH are fantastic groups.
