I do believe Ronnie Milsap sings harmony on this song. Can anyone confirm this?

Elvis didn't give his permission to the fade out part at the end. He heard it when it was released on radio and blew a fuse when he realised they changed it.

I grew up next door to Mark James. He used to give me a ride home after school sometimes. He's such a great talent and a real down to earth guy. Fun to be with, I like him and his wife, Karen, a whole lot....Gayle

This is a different mix to the Scepter 45. Horns and strings on the choruses are really prominent where they are hardly audible (if they're even there) on the single.

@noriatsu333 B.J. Thomas recorded Suspicious Minds after Elvis scored a hit with it. The song was used as the closing track on the album "Raindrops Keep Fallin' On My Head."
