This is set 2 (167.5 kg x 5) and set 3 (180 kg x 5) of my squat workout today. Previous sets were 60/5, 100/3, 140/2 (these are warmup sets and don't count), first real set 155 x 5 (not filmed). Heavy weights alter technique, the constant challenge is to maintain technique as best you can with heavy resistances. That requires "coaching" and "cues" - my cues have been the same for 20+ years - "chest up, blast" because that is what I need to do to ensure lifting success when the weights are heavy. My back was fairly sore and tight because I deadlifted just 2 days ago - 8 sets of 3 reps on 205 kg, with only 1:15 rest between sets!
