  • In another video the instructor said not to bend the hips and to keep the back straight. So this variation of hers seems to be breaking those rules.

  • When you are in plank position your back/butt all need to be straight....you need to bring that booty down!

  • That's because being strong doesn't corelate to muscle mass. If you want muscle mass, do 8-15 reps of medium weight for your exercises.
