thats so much work to do just get highlights? i wanna highlight my hair but it will be my first time doing it. its gonna be difficult for me to do it on my own. =( i dont wanna spend a lot of money just to get highlights as well. i think if i keep watching it i'll know how to do it.

You actually don't have to bleach color treated hair, you can use high lift tints, the thing that I like about high lift tints is you can mix other colors in with them to get the exact color that you want. =)

@Mrcomputergeek81 Highlifts won't do anything if there is a lot of old color built-up. I'd rather bleach and then tone( on color treated hair).
You never know how it turns out when using high lifts and in the end you end up toning it anyways.
