  • Very pleasant instruction. These drills look great for developing some skills in isolation.

  • It's harder to follow the ball on the video that in real life, maybe someone needs to make blaze orange balls for demo videos. Liked the video though.

  • @thecrappydude its the T, as it represents the shape of the lines in the middle of the floor from the angle he is standing to us

  • In one of the squash videos, u spelled it tee. But now u spell it T. so which is the correct 1? =.=

  • 'when they're real tight, they're not easy to pick up'

    hehe

  • good basic stuff. i wouldn't recommend rotating the racquet across the torso & closing its face for a straight drive: that would better suit a cross-court. get better contact with the ball by extending the arm & following through straight along the line of the shot.

along with the grip & muscle tension, primary components of the arm in swing are flexion, extension, rotation & velocity. a different combination of extension & rotation is involved in every type of shot.

  • Make sure you follow-through on 'drive' strokes. A drive is forcing the ball to the back. 4-out of-5 strokes you will play will be a drive, the most important stroke in squash. Good Luck !!!

  • haha but i agree, good drills

  • thankyou excellent tips cant wait to practice these shots
