I think his team is playing intramurals, at least they were playing like it last night. They suck. Hawkins is way over his head, not to mention his midget son who daddy gave the ball to to start the season. Neither one should be in D1. They just got pounded AT HOME by a "supposedly" weaker instate team, that is rebuilding nonetheless, from a "supposedly" weaker conference. Enjoy your ride to the bottom CU, and get used to the view. There is no light at the end of this tunnel.

Yes, the Big 12 is probably as good as it has ever been. The Huskers should be a lot better than they were last year, and they may still only win 7 to 8 games at best and end up in freaking Shreveport.

But at least if we end up there we'd get to pound an SEC team so it's all good.

PS - Caught a little bit of D. Scott on Sunday. That guy, with some experience, is going to be a GOOD player...
