no mate, oldest guy on the mat at karls is 40-something, youngest is 15. Get down to the beginners classes, ease yourself in from there. Loads of people in the beginners groups are brand new and unfit; you get fit doing it

Maybe he will, maybe he won't, this is MMA anyone can get KO'D at any time that's why I love it. I don't care if Randy or Brandon wins they are both good guys I have nothing against either of them.
