Metroid Prime 100% Walkthrough Part 18 - Boss Battle Thardus

A walkthrough of me going through Metroid Prime for Gamecube on Hard Mode. I am getting a 100% completion in both pickups and in logbook completion. Also, I'm using the normal route, no sequence breaking.

I fight the rock boss, Thardus, and obtain the Spider Ball.

I'm supposed to have the Varia Suit, and this is the Fusion Suit, which is an unlockable.

Once you beat Metroid Prime once, go to the "Metroid Fusion Connection Bonuses", go to "Metroid Fusion Suit", and link Metroid Fusion to Metroid Prime through the GBA/GCN Link Cable.

Yep, just beat the game once, and you will be able to buy it for a certain amount of tokens.

im playing this game for the first time and i dont know how i did it. all i did was stand in a corner and blast at him, his ice spikes couldn't reach to where i was, the only damage caused was when he started rolling around and only hit me once every time he did it.

For a rock Thardus is pretty bad ass! I always love that lightning storm part. The fact that you can barely see makes the fight that much funner.
