I think so, I know I miss it if I forget to take it. It's good to have immediate feedback after each lap as to how you're going. It can be useful to review afterwards to see where you are faster/slower but more out of interest than anything. So overall, it's a nice to have rather than a must have.

Thanks guys, it really is an amazing car to drive. It handles like a dream and has plenty of power although you can never get enough of that. It started life as a standard Lotus Exige S1 but has had a few modifications...as follows

New JDM Honda K20a engine with 6speed box and Limited Slip Diff

Jackson racing supercharger

59L Kevlar fuel tank

New Suspension, racing brakes etc.

Remaining mods planned are a flappy paddle sequential gearbox and a full carbon fibre body

Oh, and it's road registered

with that weight and that power i think the most amazng part isnt the car its the driver ! no sign of slip , not even a small drift i have seen , and most of those Skyline have AWD and more than double the power ........ great vid !

Hey, thanks. It's a really well balanced car with a very low center of gravity so it doesn't move about too much. Check out the 1:15-1:25 section of my other video posted on the same day to see how it reacts to going just over the limit. Loving the honda power in such a lightweight car, the engine just screams :-)

Yeah, it has a Jackson Racing supercharger running about 7psi of boost. Increases power at the engine from 220hp to about 320hp.
