Very nice, acually same way as i couple my two stage bp motors, the method you use, makes it actually a bit "unconventional" ignition of the upper stage, right? i mean, since the small bp charge burst into the core and not just "touch" the bottom section of the grain, good to see this works on whistlers

Do you attach two sticks or just one to the second stage?

@pyrozmuro One stick is attached. I haven't yet tried adding a second shorter stick, but I got to thinking it might be a good idea for a smoother flight - I'll try that next time.

Well done! Is the booster made with a sandart Stinger tooling? If yes how much can it lift and how many increments will I need to press it(Increments and how much fuel is needed) . I think they were much faster to press than a standart 1lb engine and can lift some weight for... lets say... small salutes.

@pyrochemieNET Yeah Jack, standard stinger tooling. Not sure of the maximum lift capability, but the second stage weighs around 150-155 g (including the stick), if you add a small report on top now you are at the 200 g level - it easily handles that weight. About 40 g fuel was used in 1.5 teaspoon increments, and there are 6.5 total increments, more or less - I cut the tubes to 2.75 inch length.
