  • @olinblockedme yeah a punch's strength comes from shoulders and triceps but the utilization comes from the abdominal area but my videos are based on opinion thanks for the support my friend

  • @WildlifeSeriaLKiller youre a very smart dude that's good just remember in a workout don't train your abs first it'll tire you out if you plan on doing cardio after plus you'll lose strength

  • you are a funny motherfuner bro...hahaha.....this is the first vid i watched of yours i can agree with...abs arent really that important..they get worked when you do compound movemnt..but they shouldnt be neglected and i wouldnt do them at first....i thing punches come more from your shoulder and tricep...thats just me..trust me..i dont think anyone is ignoring their abs...its probably the most worked muscle in america....and then biceps after that

  • I always do abs before I do cardio. I work abs twice a week and I do them before I hit the heavy bag, which is what I do for cardio. It's always worked out great for me to do cardio at the end of all of my workouts.
