Speed Racer 2007

The New Speed Racer 2007 makes an intro in a race against a bootleg batmobile;
This was an assignment I had for my 3D class about Jan of '07...it was to simply show a car crash including a high detail car (of course), environment, textures and lighting...I had to convert this to avi because the .mov file exceeded the 100mb limit, when I did the movie lost quality... nonetheless I was pleased with the response I got from the textures, camera angles, and the car crash itself; however the car received medium level criticism as did the environment and lighting. The sound is something I threw on at the last minute.

@2010mustang2 If I remember correctly about 3 weeks of 32 hrs each. so, not more than 96 hrs to do everything, of course, back then, i was a rookie.
