@peypettethai We had problems when our luggage from San Francisco didn't make our connecting flight from Heathrow to Edinburgh. However our luggage with all contents, was brought to our home by taxi the next day

@awlcvl I had to go by bus to Gatwick and wait about 8 hours for a flight to Venice from there.

@roryj123ok Yes you are right but it was such a bad experience for me that I will always try to avoid flying through Heathrow with BA again.
