  • i think that guy with the blazer with the plow on it just wanted to run into shit lol

  • And when they were two years old they were rusted to pieces. I had two late 70's pickups from Chevy- loved them- but my god what a rust bucket!!

  • My '78 K20 is still going strong and I've driven it hard almost daily for the past 17 years that I've owned it. The previous owner pulled trailers with it. It is great for wheelin', and I often do. I paid $1,500 for it and have put a total of $2000 in work into it. I've never got that kind of return on an investment from anything else in my whole life.

  • @Lindawatcher My Dad Had a 77 For YEARS. Eventually It Rusted. But ran forever. I Think It might still be running today. It was Army green.350 V8

  • @HBMAN665420 THEY sure did! lol They just got lighter every year as the metal rusted away lol

  • @Lindawatcher but they kept going didnt they.

  • @lgrumour1 It did set outside while at work- other than that it was under a car-port.. not used to haul much of anything..... never ever driven off road- or on gravel roads. It was driven in the winter salt like any other vehicle in Indiana, but our other cars went almost 10 years before rusting out... Don't get me wrong, I love Chevy's but the rust was terrible back then. Our was mirror broken and it peppered the paint on the door - over night the dew rusted the metal badly- unreal!

  • @Lindawatcher where did u keep them ??? in a fucking salt jar probably

  • @Lindawatcher um we still have a 78 Chevy truck and a 78 g20 and they have some rust but nothing bad and both run fine so you must not know how to take care of a truck

  • @CamaroAmx i also live in p.a [schuykill county] ..there really isnt much of the older s10's around..way back in 1980 my brother bought a 75 chevy van for work,,in those 5 years it was rotted out and repaired..after 1.1/2 after he owned it..all the rust came back on it....for some reason chevys in the mid 70's rusted real bad...i have a 77 f 150 ,,its rusty but still going strong ..i forgot i owned a 79 bronco for a while, that was rusty , but ran real good

  • hahah pointless blazer plow truck. and of course; chevy like a rock. cause after filming this commercial they all broke down and never moved again, like rocks.

  • @MrJackAttack2010 i know what u mean. i'm from pa as well. i miss my old 79 bronco but i had to sell cause wasn't a whole lot of ford sheet metal left on it. sold to some kid who feild hopped it for awhile and then scrapped it. 351 cleveland with a 4 speed 4x4. miss it, but not the mpg's though. my old s10 blazer made to 200,000 miles before i sold. suprising it had very little rust, but it was beat.
