@urbanwallstreet thanx, i understand. I just think its become a trend where we dont challenge our audience to take the steps to understand on their own. That to me is apart of the learning process, looking up, defining, and so forth. but indeed I understand your perspective and its purpose.

There are people out there, offering this type of insight and charging money for it. You could do that too, but you don't. This is a beauftiful thing my man. Don't change a thing.

White skin myself but damn do I appreciate people understanding the link between money and community. People have to stop giving their money to companies that funnel everything out of the community and people need to start understanding that, when they own the community, they also own the power to shape that community instead of having it shaped for them by people who couldn't care less about the families living there.
i really like this show but he breaks things down way too much. why does being black have to mean that we dont understand it unless its broken down?? bc what it'll do for the ppl (who more than understand the 1st time) is dumb us down. If he intends to raise the standard in performance and lifestyle in the community then he needs to start speaking appropriately to his adult audience.

@GwendolynChristine Thanks for watching the show. I did this show 5 years ago, one of my first, and was initially addressing residents of the Bronx. Maybe you grasp concepts immediately, however, some (black, white, or other) need reiteration. Very few people understand the true value of ownership. We prefer renting, Not a wealth principal. Where you feel the host is breaking things too much, professors of economics, and other financial disciplines have used this video because of just that.

For those who understand or already know, truly, it should do anything but dumb you down, rather reaffirm your knowledge. And who said the message is for adults only? And let's not assume that all adults are sharp enough to get it just because thery're adults.
