no i just saw this freaky as scary thing at the sac state fair there is no way there is somebody in there becuase the waist is smaller than mine and the way it would spin around theres no way it actually kinda scares me lol freaked out a little bit. i will; ;;say ;therr;e ;was ;a guy walking around with the robot my man said he was controlling it but that thing was surronded by people in a tight circle around him and he was so close to knocki;ng them out it was crazy idk

Yes, there is a dude in the suit. Just take a good look under the arms. he is wearing black sleaves and his arms come out from just under the underarm area and go directly to the wrist. His face is painted black and is just under the jaw.
He is very tall person but is on plateform shoes. Notice the double toe. On at the bottom and one at the shin.
