Strategic Skills Training Institute (SSTI) is focused on bringing the front edge educational advantages and technology of our military medical frontline to the civilian sector of law enforcement. SSTI provides a high caliber of skilled training that produces immediate results and is directly related to saving lives. In addition, SSTI presents law enforcement department-specific scenario based medical training to focus care on injuries that have been identified as "survivable" in order to reduce the number of battlefield deaths.

Ten years of war has changed the way patients are treated on the battlefield. These changes have addressed common battlefield injuries sustained on the modern military front lines that have plagued combat medics ability to increase patient survivability. New training platforms have been created to teach war fighters how to aggressively treat the potentially survivable injuries. SSTI is a group of military Veterans that have united to bring the same training utilized by the military to civilian EMT's and Law Enforcement Officers.

Strategic Skills Training Institute (SSTI) delivers quality training by experienced cadre of instructors who are true Subject Matter Experts with a passion to train others to exceed the preservation of life. All of our instructors employ the use of state of the art equipment and training methodologies to recreate live scenario and realistic environments resulting in full immersion training. Through experience and innovation SSTI puts relevant and exciting training back in the forefront of the medical training doctrine.

Awesome Video, Thanks for putting it together. In regards to the comment from "strength" - You were obviously not at that training and there are multiple ways of evacuating someone out of those types of situations. Obviously it was a training video and "We" performed a wide array of different methods with multiple different types of equipment!

why in God's name would you DRAG someone when you can pick them up and MOVE? If you have 2 people, it's freaking stupid for 2 people to drag a person. 1 pulls security, the other fireman's carry's them with their weapon ready as well.
