Ingredients

Extra virgin olive oil - 5 tablespoon
onions (cut long ways) - 1/2 a large onion
salt - 1 1/4 teaspoon
shahi jeera - 1/4 teaspoon ( found at indian store)
basmati rice 2 cups
4 cups of water
frozen green peas (mutter) - 1/4 bag
