I'm looking at Camera Raw 6.4.1 in CS5 now. It doesn't have the Highlights or Shadows slider, which Camera Raw 7 has. And as mentioned, the adjustments have been improved.

WOW! i am amazed at the CS6 version!

On the CS5, I was wondering if they bring the content-aware to the Patch tool and thank God they did! WOW! The patch tool was always my favorite best tool.

Also you forgot to mention the New Blur effects! Those are amazing too. Especially the famous "Tilt-shift" effects which you create miniature effects.
