...Ton of potential,I'm into freestyle weapon demonstration have been for about 12 years..you look like you could go with some firetwirling , get the andrenaline pumping and actually enjoy what your doing ,you'll blow people of there feet one day just keep it up...

ok so the spins are decent for a blue belt. but the stances need some major improvement, and when I say that, well... you don;t show ANT foot work in the whole form. good luck, ps i was a judge for NASKA at the battle of Atlanta

very flashy... definitally a exbihition kata. in that sense it's good. as said before, really need to work on those kicks. they're probablly one of the more effective techniques you'll use in sparring.
