That sounds more like an M5 to me. Note the short and stubby bells on top of the locomotive cab.

There is only one train each way. This one going south, and then once it reaches North Bennington, it turns around and comes back north to Rutland. So basically, you would be seeing this same engine with a different consist about 3 or 4 hours later.
