UFOs IN THE NEW AGE

Larry Wessels, director of Christian Answers of Austin, Texas/ Christian Debater (see websites: BIBLEQUERY.ORG, HISTORYCART.COM & MUSLIMHOPE.COM) sponsored his ministry's radio broadcast "Christian Answers Live!" hosted by Lee Meckley & Jim Toungate. This particular broadcast featured special guest, William M. Alnor, author of the book, "UFOs in the New Age: Extraterrestrial Messages & the Truth of Scripture." Bill Alnor is also president of Eastern Christian Outreach, Inc., Philadelphia; publisher of "The Christian Sentinel" magazine; professor at Temple University; pastor of Calvary Chapel of the Lehigh Valley; and author of "Heaven Can't Wait" and "Soothsayers of the Second Advent".
This radio show begins with a clip of a woman named Irena who claims she was contacted by space aliens while she was in prayer for her dog Jack. She says she heard the "voice of God" which consists of celestial brothers from Jupiter after they put on a light show in her backyard. She says she was attracted to one of these space travelers & ended up marrying him & is now a messenger to humans on earth concerning what these aliens have to say. More clips of this "space wife" come up during this radio broadcast.
Bill Alnor does an excellent job of analyzing the global Ufology craze that has taken place through the main stream media, such as Hollywood movies, television, magazines, etc. The general public seems to have an amazing fascination with this subject but with very little discernment. People will believe almost any theory about who or what these UFOs are EXCEPT what the Bible says about it (with the exception of wild theories about Ezekiel's wheel found in the Old Testament).
As Bill Alnor says in his book, "The spirit guides, the UFOnauts, the entities from Lemuria and Atlantis and from every other location from here to the mythical Clarion who give us new age messages these days are fallen angels. They have repackaged the same old lies they have been perpetrating against humanity from the time their leader, Satan himself, showed up in the Garden of Eden promising godhood to Adam and Eve in exchange for their disobedience to God. The Bible tells us that when he (the devil) was cast down out of heaven, he took with him one-third of the host of heaven (Revelation 12:4). These powerful beings "disguise themselves as servants of righteousness" the way "Satan disguises himself as an angel of light" (2 Corinthians 11:14-15). They are in open rebellion against God and are trying to recruit as many people as they can in their uprising [read the entire 12th chapter of Revelation]. Through the years their message remains the same, but they change their methods, using powerful, lying signs and wonders to draw people away from God [see 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12]. They are from the realm of darkness and the occult. They have the power to interject into our minds evil thoughts. They have been linked to poltergeist activity, fairies, strange knocks in the night - the same things UFOs are linked to." Modern man refuses to believe that UFOs & UFO activity are related to the demonic because if he accepted that then he would also have to accept that the Bible is therefore true and the God of Scripture is real afterall.

I may have to listen to the rest later (I'm about 30 minutes in), but I have to agree with the first caller: the laughter and joking nature on this show is out of place. This is no laughing matter. It is deadly serious as it involves the occult and the New Age movement. What that woman at the beginning was talking about could soon become the mainstream religion of the world. When dealing with angels and demons, we should tread lightly and with prayer and humility before God.

Jesus never went to a place called sheol, or to hell and preached to anyone, much less did he ever preach to demons! Why would he preach to those who rejucted Him in the first place and lead humans to do the same? They are damned, and those in hell are too. You obviously have a new age/freemason based version of the Bible. No offense, but there is no way you have the Holy Spirit of GOD-that is The one true God-not Jahbulah, or all the other names by which Lucifer is known.

@BereanBeacon1 You must mean the KJV 1611, because I've never heard of a 161? But, thanks for the tip. I'll take a look at that version. Lately, I've been using tools like the Blue Letter Bible, which includes the original Hebrew and Greek, so as to avoid the kind of mistakes that you were describing. My understanding is that Sheol is different from Hell.  Two different places with two different purposes. Just in case that's what you were referring to.

Okay, here are some scriptures that I'm wrestling with regarding how or if the spirits of Rephaim (Nephilim) could possibly be on the earth now, instead of in Sheol. Job 26:5, Psa 88:10, Isa 14:9, Isa 26:14, Isa 26:19, Rev 16:13-14, Luk 11:24 (here is an example of an unclean spirit that was never confined after leaving, and this last example was before Jesus' visit to Sheol to preach to or resurrect any spirit)

@AtheismIzMadness Just exactly why the evil spirits (from the Nephilim) are not still in Sheol, where scripture says they were, is the part that I'm trying to understand now. If my theory is to make sense, then I have to find the answer for this question. I think it could possibly be that they were released back to earth after Jesus went to preach to them in Sheol right before His resurrection. This is highly speculative, and I may be way off, but I'll be back to post scriptures for this.

@AtheismIzMadness ...could be physically destroyed (Due 2:21, Jos 11:21-22, Due 3:11, Gen 14:5, Jos 13:12), but their spirits (not being from God) were not eligible for resurrection (Isa 26:14), so they were destined to roam the earth, seeking embodiment (Mat 12:43, Luk 11:24). This last state is speculative, but it seems to fit with scripture and explains where some evil spirits may have come from, and why they seek embodiment. Here is why: 1/3 fallen angels are NOT also known as demons/nephilim, because the bible draws a distinction between all three. First, angels (sons of God) left their proper abode, took human bodies, and came into the daughters of men and produced the Nephilim (Gen 6:4). However, Nephilim (also known as Anakim, Rephaim, Emim, Zuzim, Zamzummin)(Due 2:11, 20), unlike the fallen angels who created them, ...
