Chemtrails & contrails in Paris (France) - time-lapse photos

Here is a sunset that took place over Paris by the last days of August 2007, rendered through time-lapse photography (original duration: ~2 hours and a half).
In some contre-jour shots the sun appears black, chemtrails and also contrails are visible.
French music in background (cover version of "Take my breath away" from Berlin, "Top Gun" OST :-)

I live under a ver ybusy flight path. I'd just like to know why all the chemtrails I see go far out to sea. If they wanted to spray the oceans, they could do it better by boat. Also, You get chemtrails every single morning here. Why? I'm guessing it's more to to with temperature and humidity than government conspiracy. There are much better ways to get chemicals into a population. They are not so dumb as to use planes and spray us like crops.
