Go to http://www.liveexercise.com for more great exercises and FREE live exercise bands workouts. The resisted military press is a great exercise to work the Chest in addition to the Front Shoulder and the Triceps. This exercise can be effective without resistance but becomes super effective when you the add the resistance of elastic bands.
