Close up of the suicide scene.

Edit: For everyone who is flaming me about the video, I never said it was a suicide, I uploaded the video here to share with my friends on a forum as we were having a big discussion about it, I'm not trying to prove a point.

  • actually!!!!! Its NEITHER a hanging or peacock!!!! It is a bird related to the crane! Peacocks are usually very colorful and have the 'eye' looking markings on their feathers. The ones in WOO are black and white!! ;)

  • has never been any claim by a producer, actor, stagehand or anybody affiliated with the movie to back up this claim. The interview that people point to is Judy Garlands reference to the munchkins lechery and drunken behavior.   • The director brought in all kinds of birds from the Los Angeles zoo to give the set a more outdoorsy feel. This shot was also taken separate from the munchkin scenes so no munchkins were present.
