open your hipihi installation folder\ UIdata \ local settings \ localsettings.xml, change the number "-1 "or "0" to "1". That will make it into a english interface

It basically IS Secondlife. That's kinda the point. SL doesn't have a server in China, so they needed to improvise. It's not trying to be an original idea.
