Many of those homes were just above average price 30-50 years ago & a person w/ an average job could buy them, So yes either inheritance or the parents still living there,
& yeah, I had an apt. there that was 575$ a month over 25yrs ago, that same apt. is probably 1,250-1,600$ or more, so though I'm 7 miles inland, dads Gone & just mom, so though I had a 1/2 million$ home, my ex got it & I am back at moms :-/ (who needs my help anyways)

@rockstarofredondo What you need to learn is financial education. So that way you don't just make lots of money but you keep making money. Win the LOTTERY do make you "Rich" for temp. If you used all the money, You broke again.

Well, I live here in "kalifornistan", and you are correct.
Actually, the wealthy are very in tune with the economic devestation now here - they caused it.
Soon, we'll see little blond blue-eyed "beach cuties" tricking for a drink, meal or place to stay.
Once the economic problems which have been impacting the poor any middle-class hit the
progeny of the wealthy, we'll start seeing change . . . change you can belive in! :)

Huntington Beach is a MAJOR stronghold of white supremist's . . . they are noted by the museum of intolerance.
By the way, 'Kevin' will be pretty slacked-jawed as more and more of the over-inflated housing will be worth less and less in the coming months.
Huntington Beach is already experiencing more and more foreclosures and bankruptcies, they just want to keep it quite. :)

My Mary Kay lady lives in Huntington Beach and she's living a nice lifestyle and works a hobby-like business. I know several others working their MLM businesses to the point that allows them financial freedom.

@PaleRider626 Congratulations and a spaniard(the one named after the town you now live in called Pasadena) lived in the area now called Huntington Beach before Henry Huntington even lived out here.
Btw Henry Huntington was born in new york, dumb fuck. He didn't grow up in the place named after him.
He just ran a train business that brought railway their after the spanish.
