@imgodsatan Because you're tank is heavily overstocked.
Not even one Goldfish should be kept in such a small tank.

In this instance you are being very cruel to blame the owner for the dead goldfish, attributing its death to bad care, because the video does not tell you anything about the care she gave the fish when it was alive. And even if she did give it bad care, be more sympathetic - I expect she has learned her lesson now.

i have like 16 goldfish in a 10 gallon tank ..and if one dies the others eat it even if i just fed them..lol

Goldfish need 20 gallon tank and 10 gallons for each additional fish. They also need twice the power, filter.
Take better care of the fish next time :'(
