Nope Flash is simply a better player than almost all so even when he did 14CC before they couldn't beat it with a normal 2 fact build (as evidenced here). 2 fact only worked when it was proxy (Flash was wayy too confident back then and didn't scout at all so didn't see them)

You can't really compare players from different contexts within the metagame... Plus, each person's definition of "best" is totally different.

Haha, he brought it back after he boxed his 14 CC away for so long. It took quite awhile for it to be defeated before and the only reason it was was because everyone knew it was coming every game. If he keeps up like this and only uses it sparingly I think he can keep raping with it =)

Aside from that Flash is just way too good though!
