The Catholic Church should educate these people to wear condoms when having sex ! And Birth control just might help. Yes I am living in cuckoo land with regard to the Catholics.

Hold on. The RC church that preaches no sex before marriage and monogamy is apparently causing AIDS to be spread?! Am I missing something here...? Yet folks blame the RC church for spreading AIDS?!
Now I use contraception and am not a 'strict' RC, but why on EARTH could anyone that knows the RC Church preaches the above POSSIBLY blame them for spreading AIDS?! DOES NOT COMPUTE!

@etano1 I'm sorry that you seem to have been misinformed about what the Church teaches about fornication. If you really want to know, you can read paragraphs 1852 & 2353 of the Catechism. As for sodomy, the Church teaches that every marital act be open to life, and since a child cannot be conceived through sodomy, the Church teaches absolutely that it is wrong.

The best solution is to give these people in countries that are ravaged by HIV/AIDS the free choice to protect themselves by allowing to go to secular medical sources to provide them with contraceptives rather than using moral rhetoric to shame them for having sexual desires like anyone else.
