U.S. CItizens and the New World Order
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4a90ZZsDBPE
I was in a courtroom recently in Colorado, listening to people approach the Magistrate and plead guilty to victimless crimes like possession of less than two ounces of pot, or drinking underage, or being drunk in public, etc. I watched them get sentenced to anger management classes, alcohol and drug classes, etc. I watched them pay fees and be restrained from going anywhere near their spouses and loved ones.

Private Prisons Love Mass Incarceration and Want Politicians to Love it Too

I heard the Magistrate ask EVERY TIME, if the defendant was a U.S. CItizen. Clearly, this is an important component to the equation of sending we, the people, off to the growing number of courts, jails, and prisons that the New World Order is building!
I took some notes to let everyone know just which of your unalienable rights you can expect to waive in a typical courtroom if you plead guilty. Since the Federal Corporation has franchised into all the states, counties, and cities, it's probably more or less the same in most places.

There are TWO political jurisdictions in America today and you have the right to choose to live in a REPUBLIC of free people rather than in a DEMOCRACY of citizen/slaves.
http://musicians4freedom.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/StatLawGovt.pdf
You have the right to make the government PROVE their jurisdiction over you right from the beginning.
You can claim to be a PEOPLE, as recognized in America's founding documents like the Magna Carta, The Declaration of Indepdence, and the Constitution, rather than a U.S. and/or State citizen?
Also, more about the two political jurisdictions at
http://www.usavsus.info.
Rather than stand there and plead guilty, why not have a FEE SCHEDULE on file in your local community?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vy1Dj4TnI0U
Here's a sample, generic FEE SCHEDULE:
http://www.scribd.com/doc/66459977/Generic-Notice-of-Fee-Schedule-for-Colorad...
That way, if you get dragged off to jail for some questionable legality and land in court for breaking some unconstitutional invention of the Federal Corporation designed to make your life difficult and enrich the lawyers and parasitic governing classes, you can call a COMMON LAW court (see the 7th Amendment to the Constitution) rather than a Statutory court.
Using common law, you lay a claim on your rights, and the govt. is forced to prove that it has a superior claim over you in order to bring any charges against you. Even better, once the charges are dismissed, you can collect on your remedy, the monetary damages specified in your FEE SCHEDULE.
7th Amendment: In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
The common law doctrine of estoppel by acquiescence is applied when one party gives legal notice to a second party of a fact or claim, and the second party fails to challenge or refute that claim within a reasonable time. The second party is said to have acquiesced to the claim, and is estopped from later challenging it, or making a counterclaim.
Do some research....you're worth it. Your family needs you. Your kids need you.
No victim, no crime.

These peeps have already agreed to plead guilty; the magistrate is just sealing the deal. Ideally, you would not appear at all. At the arraignment, get the heck out of jail & don't go back to court. See my article at Musicians 4 Freedom called Get Out and Stay Out of Jail. That has Burt's vids about how to get out without posting bond; then, send a Cease and Desist to the court and tell 'em you'll sue if they continue to bother you.

Are you certain the law you are being prosecuted for breaking, is a just, and CONSTITUTIONAL LAW? If not, go to trial, and have your friends pass out JURY RIGHTS, JURY NULLIFICATION INFORMATION in front of the courthouse the morning of the day of your jury selection!
What makes a law unconstitutional? Well, for one, if the punishment is harsher than the crime committed, it's UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Jurors have the right to enter a not guilty verdict on the matter of their OWN CONSCIENCE as well!

@un4g1v3n1 Actually, the theory that we use in our practice, currently, is that people have unalienable rights; these are the rights that citizens in the states were assumed to have back in the day. But with the advent of the Federal Corporation, and the 14th Amendment, the U.S. Citizen has privileges under the code. We advocate laying claims and filing Fee Schedules rather than acknowledging the legitimacy of the State courts. Challenge the jurisdiction first. Don't go to trial at all!
