This is the fruit of 3 days worth of moveset hacking. All possible through Phantom Wing's PSA, also known as Project Smash Attacks. What exactly is PSA? Check here to find out:

It has taken me 3 long days to get this moveset set up as it is. I actually [secretly?] released Version 1.0 of the CC Shadow [PSA] on August 05, 2009. Check here for the first CC Shadow post:

There is much more to CC Shadow than what is shown in the video. Some of the attributes, like air mobility, have been altered to give it a true Shadow feel. Also, if you lose or end in a NO CONTEST, you will be able to move in the Result Screen. CAREFUL NOT TO GO OFFSCREEN!
Besides getting a moveset upgrade, CC Shadow can now bring about an arsenal of Weapons. Well, maybe not an arsenal, but dang, he can summon Pokeballs! Aside from that, his down taunt can heal around 6% damage for each successful taunt. Add a cool range weapon like the Ray Gun, and you got yourself a Shadow! ...or at least a wanabe...
His signature move is Chaos Control, which is now his Side Smash. Anything that collides with Chaos Control, specifically opponents, will freeze briefly, allowing CC Shadow to get in a few extra hits.
This ain't no beta version. Its a finished custom moveset. However, I may decided to revamp. You know, add/subtract effects, collision, etc. Like I mentioned before on NB, I did not want to change everything because doing so would create an unfair character. Yes, I can make the freezing last longer and give attacks higher damage, but the whole point of custom movesets, in my opinion, is to add new characters (in a sense) to the game. Random WTF movesets are fun and all, but I like stuff that I know I will be using for a long time.
*Shadow Texture by Marvin from Nintendo Bros*
*I also fixed Phantom Wing's Phoenix Mario, which had issues using the Final Smash. I even tweaked a few Sound Effects, like Mario's Intro and the Final Smash Shout*
Why is Shadow able to get Pokeballs through taunting?

Lose the pokeballs, add beamsword. A shadow with CC, ray gun (and/or scope), and a beamsword would do better then one with a pokeball right?
Everything else seems cool nice job
