Sonic 1 & Knuckles - No Rings Run - Labyrinth Zone Act 3

A pretty run-of-the-mill act with one of the most hated bosses in a Sonic game, I almost balls up the run near the end, but knuckles' wall grab saved my ass.

"Don't get hit" and "Avoid rings" are two drastically different challenges. The first one is easy. The second one is so hard that ANYTHING that can easen it up under the rules of the game is allowed. (So no cheats, but what's fair game is fair game)
