@nanathebestrapper F1 09 has driver through penalties, 10 sec stop/go penalties and 25 seconds added on to your time at the end of a race if you are penalised with less than 3 laps to go. It's awesome!

The situation is simple: Sato is slowing down in the last lap, while the others already finished the race and cooling down!

What is this ? Yes I see Sato running slow, is this the way the safety car works ?

The fact is: - Sato is hit from behind by Coulthard at turn 2/final lap, and he slows down - Schumi, the leader, finishes the race just after a few seconds - Sato wants others to pass him, but they won't pass because they are waiting for him across the finish line.
