Federal government should have no recognition of personal drug use period, if somone is trying to bring drugs into the us then yes they should do whatever they do, within the us its up to the state.

why doesn't the government make Marijuana Legal on Weekends only!? LEGAL WEEKEND *Cannabis Exception due friday-sat. (NOT SUNDAY: Due to church survice :P and what not.
Or perhaps allow a limit of Crops to grow such as 1+2 yeild allowance and a little TOS agreement inwhich you agree to not sell the bud and use for medicinal purposes only.
+Addon Government weed inspector XD> to approve wheather the legal conditions have been followed. :P
