very true accept, i dont agree that we dont have good actors i believe none of them are being used to their full potential. you need good directors for that and also great stories.

so personally i believe we are missing good stories and good directors.

10 - 15 years back, they used to act as husbands in most of the movies. But now? they act as lovers of 16 year old girls.

they used to act in movies were they used to get bullied by the villains. But now?they will not act in a mvoie, in which there is no scope of hitting at least a Police Commissioner black and blue.

years back, they used to act in meaningful at the same time entertaining movies like Chitram, Kilukkam, Mrigaya, Vadakkan Veeragatha, Nadodikkattu, Amaram.. and now?

all our actors have become super stars and all running behind fans associations. They will only act in those movies which will gel with their super hero image. they are not ready to act in movies which depicts life of a common man. SO how can we expect good movies in malayalam any more?

@simonmsw83:i agree with what you said..these were the best comedy movies in malyalam. all those followed later was boring and sometimes annoying. hope there are people who can create comdies such these once again. fingers crossed for that. :-)

i was only 7 at the time when in hariharnagar reliesed. Guess i saw the movie in theatre itself 3 to fur times.. I lost count how many times i saw it on tv . But 2harharnagar was not as good as the first one. Jagadeesh was over doing it. Guess he was desperate 4 a come back..wish they would make movies like in hariharnagar, kilukkam ramjiravu speaking etc. the sequels of all these ovies were quite boring and forgettable..
