Eric Swift Microsoft Unified Communication Competing with Google

John Furrier puts the question that everyone wants to know. How will Microsoft compete with Google. Eric Swift doesn't come out and directly answer it but he does highight their approach. His answer is very telling to how Microsoft sees competing with Google in Unified Communications.

My guess is that Google will try to change the game. Recently they announced support for Salesforce.com platform. Google is quietly trying to redraw the lines in what the market is for Unified Communications.
