An awesome interval workout done by our boot campers using 30-30 intervals from the new Workout Muse Mayhem soundtracks.

The workout was 5 rounds of Band Front Squat w/Alternating Press, Band Mountain Climber variations, KB Reverse Lunge w/ Press, and Modified Pull Ups.




This was a brutal workout and was followed up by a killer super secret finisher.
