  • The civic has a supercharger, with a full exhaust system and intake, it would beat an mr2 turbo without work on it!

    Job done

  • @omk2teg

because the civic is supercharged to 295bhp you dumbass.

  • Seems to me there was no launch at all from the start, Mr2 should pull right out of the hole. Hard to say...

  • Oh for certain! Not only as a biased statement, but let's compare. The MR2 is a race purpose vehicle (sports car) designed to be just that. The Civic is a commuter car equipped with mostly just light weight and somewhat performance, but not regarded at all as a true sports car. If anything, the S2k has a shot, but not this one.

  • yea def a stock 3sgte would ass rape that civic even if you shifted at 5 grand

  • That MR2 sounds N/A. My SW22 (USA TUrbo Chassis) is stock and you can hear it spool up and the BOV (which is also stock). Only things changed on mine is a small side mount intercooler (after market), some cheap after market air filter, and boosting 15PSI, since the guy who sold it to me took the Greddy Boost Gauge, HKS turbo timer, Blitz boost controller... Oh and I got a magnaflow exhaust. All of which was put on prior to buying the car (Very cheap, which is why he took aftermarket parts).

  • Funny comments.

For the doubters, JRSC means Jackson Racing Supercharged, which is a popular conversion for Civic Type R's. Depending on spec, these Civics can be putting out around 300bhp at the flywheel. So unless the MR2 Turbo is tuned for that sort of power, it and its Turbo can forget it and go home.

  • wrong.

remember that CTR is supercharged foe.

  • that isnt a MR2 TURBO AT ALL faggot...civic type R wud stand little to no chance against 1 u fag

  • mr2 was a non turbo u fukin twats
