@mmechrizma im on hcg again and on day 4 i drempt i cooked with real oil and not coconut i woke up upset too and dissapointed then i realized it was a dream. ahh 15 more days

last night i drempyt i cheated on the diet and i swear i woke up in the middle of the nite going "why did you do that, why did you eat all those cashews" thank goodness it was just a dream coz i am even more dedicated not to cheat coz of the feeling i had of guilt and just complete failor.

LOL! Last night I had a dream that I was eating a little debbie swiss cake roll. I woke up really mad at myself until I realized that it had only been a dream. This food obsession is out of control! lol.

When craving like that, sit and SMELL the food. You brain THINKS you have eaten the food, after smelling it and the craving will pass. Use Paul McKenna's "I CAN MAKE YOU THIN" technique of thinking the food has dirt and hair on it, etc. and it so yucky that you would NEVER put it in your mouth. Paul McKenna has clips here on YouTube and is famous in England.
