This is a meditation song I composed to help me "Astral Project".

Please listen with headphone's to hear the really low frequencies.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Lay down on your bed, make sure the room your in is quiet and dark. {I prefer to do this at night before going to bed}

Inhale and exhale to the sound of the bell to keep a breathing pattern.

Listen to the low frequency and imagine it vibrating through your body.

Visualize your body spinning in a 360 degree motion.

Send all awareness to the center of your forehead and visualize the bell's vibrations resonating out from your third eye.

Send your consciousness out of your body into the astral plane.

If it fails keep trying.

@Mojavelandbaron Lucid Dreaming and Astral Projection are one in the same, the only difference is by Lucid Dreaming you become aware that you are in a dream (or possibly in a higher dimension of consciousness) and have an OBE that way. Astral Projection is consciously leaving the body in a waking state. Sleeping is the easiest form of meditation so I think you're off to a good start as well. =)

@shrapnel95 First, it's important to have a good relationship with Christ, who is God in the flesh. Demons tremble at His name. Bring what you are doing to Him in prayer, ask Him to cover you in His blood that He shed on the Cross, to fill you with His Holy Spirit, and surround you and every room in your house with His light. As I said earlier, I rebuked a demon and it fled my house in a hurry, not 'cause I'm anyone special but because who my Father is.

I don't like trying to do this in my house, even when my parents or someone is here. I'm afraid of getting out of my body and something just waiting for me. I really do want to experience astral projection but, I'm really scared I might see a demon or an alien(Idky, but they creep me the hell out!) Please, someone help me.

@serinity781 Put your trust in Christ. I had one experience where I was in a partial sleep state that heightened my awareness of spiritual things going on around me. I don't know why, but out of the blue, I was compelled to say or think "The Lord rebuke you.", at which point, I felt the wind of something obviously evil rush by me and exit through the wall in a hurry. I could actually hear an impact of something hitting my bedroom wall as it went through it!
