you should throw medicine balls often and do some weightlifting, from the ground to the chest, jump over hurdles, and legpress, the real distances comes from the legs

you can be really good...just have to work on ywo last steps a bit...your a bit out of rythm there...but the everything else is good(Y)

yeh nice. i have been throwing now for about 3 months or 4. i have got to 55 metres. the local record is 55.65 i think so not far off ir but really want to get to 60. just gotta figure out wat training to do. 800gram javelin

thanks ....but that throws are with short carrer .....3 steps and 2 croosses :p ...my best in training is almost 69m...
