To change the boot screen you need a free program called BootSkin Vista by Stardock. There is a paid version as well which lets you create "bootskins". It comes with a few, but you can get better ones from wincustomize . com

@AntiDumbassPeople This is true. There's a way to modify the .mui files as well, plus Shell Replacement Methods and such, but that can get a little tricky if you're not careful.

This was a good thing to find. I had to untick the GUI boot cos StartUp Utilites messed by boot screen up.
Back to normal now. Thanks man
