  • great advice about the dairy and grains. I'm eating mostly paleo right now, feeling pretty good!

  • Hey Chrissy,

    unsolicited suggestion:

RAD TRIAD sound good but does not tell people its something to do with fitness.

Sounds like a software term to me, i dont know how well your book did, but may be an outright cliched title may get more eye balls...something like ...look your best for life or something....

anyway, i do want to tell you that the amount of attention you pay to detail when explaining excercise techniques is awesome. Great video on : hamstring excercises "romanian deadlift"

  • <3 you soooo much :) You are truely the best!

  • Thank you very much Chrissy, I tell my self that living healthy, eating healthy, exercise, proper rest and a balanced life is too depriving. Its hard work to be healthy. Its just not worth it. I dont want a balanced diet. Just let me go on a crash diet for a few weeks. Just joking. Your a inspiration. Just try and live as healthy as I can. Just for today. Its the easiest thing I could ever possibly do.
