So, I just saw this movie, and it was really interesting. But... Kate Winslet is supposed to be the ugly one? What in the effety f f f?!! It's like crazy backwards world.

How can Kate be the ugly one? because her hair's a little messy and she wears overalls in one scene? Haha! That's really hilarious. Connelly is the pokiest looking person ever.

@StrangerToEarth It's just a matter of preference. Connelly has classic bone structure, sharp features crystalline eyes, and an exotic contrast between her pale skin and obsidian hair. Winslet has a large and rounded face with a transparent complexion, full lips and dramatic eyebrows. Neither are ugly, but due to their stark differences, it would be unusual to find someone who would not favor one's appearance over the other. But what is more important is that they are both brilliant actresses.

@rregalrulz Did you look at the directors name? He also has a screen writing credit. That's right Todd Field. Somehow I believe the switch of the name is related to that fact.

Woow... Kate Winslet and Patrick Wilson and his love affair... Woow, they have really good moments, and Patrick Wilson deserves one oscar Nominations just like Kate and Jackie, but... Good screenplay... That a good movie...

Wilson is great in Little Children, but if he deserves an Oscar nom for 2006, it would have to be for Hard Candy. He gives a powerhouse performance in that one!

i keep hearing how good patrick wilson is, if they choose him for 'night owl' in the watchmen movie, i hope he does a good job. night owl's not much of a pivotal character, but you wouldn't want crappy actors for such a caliber of a story as watchmen.
