Call tech support! Easy steps are.
1-Configure your ISP email account on outlook and test all the settings out first.
2. Logon to the camera as administrator -Click on Setup, Triggers, click the trigger number, Set to enable and follow the instructions.

As much as you dedicate hard drive space to it via the software. It can also email you pictures when a motion is detected, upload pictures to your ftp site, and so many other features.

I have a BL-C30C which I think is the earlier version. If you want check it out, go to my account and you will find the address to try it. It has been running in my carport now for almost 2 years.
