My friend Rachel told me that she apologizes for choking on the little turn and is sad about it. Hahahaha I love you Rach. :)

i think lauren has gotten soo much better compared to when she was in season 3 of sytycd. i think maybe she shouldve waited a few more years of training till she got on the show cuz she joined right when she turned 18

lauren is so much better now than she was on sytycd season 3. i'm amazed at how much she's improved. the strength and control in her movement is ridiculously good now. i wish she'd waited a couple more years to audition for the show because her dancing was so mediocre in season 3.

rachel is AMAZING as well if you watch some of the videos up of her on youtube. looove her, she just turned 17..she was only 15 when this video was taken

@bedourz she is much stronger i think, and has superior musicality. but i still enjoy watching this lauren as well.

In my opinion, almost every dancer whose auditioned for sytycd, was 18. So their age doesn't really play a factor. If Lauren didn't audition, then we wouldn't have known her, and she wouldn't gotten to all the places she's been since the show. All those places have inspired her to keep doing choreography like this, and have helped her become a stronger dancer. I'm glad to see what she's done so far

@19HarajukuBarbie but the winners who won (joshua/russel) they were labeled as hip hop dancers not jazz/contemporary, they weren't judged to harshly on that kind of style because their style is hip hop. in lauren's case she was a jazz/contemporary dancer to for her technique does matter. if joshua had auditioned and labeled himself as a contemporary dancer and did contemporary. he mostlikely wouldn't even have made it to vegas

@royceviii I totally agree with you but I was just also saying that their have been many winners who have won without much technique at all. I love Lauren and yes she has improved very much I was just stating something else.

@19HarajukuBarbie i wasn't implying that her age was the problem. i was just saying it would've been better if she auditioned when she had a little more experience like how she does now. i just mentioned her age as a reference that she's still young and wouldn't be too old for the show. season 7 winner lauren had very good technique and was very talented.
