Where do you get your information? First off, the PSAT scores are not sent to universities you apply to. They are used to qualify you for scholarships in the United States and for most students to practice for the SATs which they will likely take within a year.
A perfect grade on the SAT is nigh impossible, and even graduates from Harvard and other high standing universities would find it difficult to score perfectly if they went back to take an SAT test in the subject they chose.

you'll need to score 240 out of 240 on PSAT and full marks on SAT first!
