@MrRickt90 - Usually those who are doing DVD reviews are using trailers that have been expressly sent to the reviewer for the purposes of advertisement of the DVD when they contain clips. Other than that, one should do their best to ensure the "small clip" they use fall squarely under fair use.

I primarily use Youtube as a host for my Journal WEBSITE vlogs. I find Youtube itself too big to make it worthwhile....yet.
